Kyeong Ku Lee is an attorney at Kim & Chang, whose practice covers litigation, arbitration, construction, tax audit and dispute resolution, intellectual property, white collar criminal defense, and labor and employment. 

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee served in the judiciary for 21 years. Having served both as a judge and a chief presiding judge in various district courts, he has extensive experience in civil, criminal, administrative and labor litigation. 

Because he was a tenured member of the judiciary and has handled various cases, Mr. Lee has a broad practice in civil, administrative, and criminal litigation at the firm. In his civil litigation practice, Mr. Lee specializes in intellectual property, trade secrets, professional liability and privacy-related disputes regarding the Internet, online games and IT companies. His administrative litigation practice focuses on corporation tax cases and labor dispute cases.
