• Advised a Korean bank on all aspects of its recovery of a non-performing KRW 380 billion project finance loan for a Chinese office and retail complex, including drafting and negotiating documentation for partial debt sale to Chinese purchaser, leading investor-state dispute against Chinese government and liaising with local counsel in Beijing, Hong Kong and Barbados on a variety of related issues.
