Tax Appeal and Tax Litigation
 
  •   Represented a multinational company in a transfer pricing taxation case.
  •   Represented a global fund and a multinational company in a case concerning the applicability of tax treaties to dividends received.
  •   Represented a Korean shipyard in an Address Commission taxation case.
  •   Represented a taxpayer in a taxation case related to settlement payments made overseas.
  •   Represented clients in a number of inheritance and gift tax cases.
 
Litigation on Accounting Fraud
 
  •   Provided assistance in litigation on an accounting firm’s liability under the External Audit Act based on accounting fraud.
  •   Provided assistance in a lawsuit seeking revocation of sanctions against accounting firms and companies due to accounting fraud.
 
Family Inheritance Litigation
 
  •   Represented the client in a case of division of inherited property.
  •   Represented the client in a divorce case.
