Jun Ho Lee is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in anti-corruption and regulatory compliance matters, white collar criminal defense, and banking and finance litigation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has been actively involved in advising and assisting many multinational companies, including financial institutions and IT companies that conduct business in Korea.
Mr. Lee's practice focuses principally on white collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation. He also has extensive experience on corporate governance, corporate financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
After his four years of distinguished service as a judge, Mr. Lee joined Kim & Chang in 2000. Mr. Lee is regularly invited to give lectures at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He has also contributed articles to domestic and international publications on derivative transactions.
Mr. Lee received an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2004 and an LL.B. from the College of Law, Seoul National University in 1992. He has also attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 1994. He is admitted to the Korean bar and New York bar.
