• Advised on HR and labor issues in M&A involving domestic and overseas airlines, an electronic device company, a finished vehicle company, a steelmaking company and a game company.
• Provided assistance in lawsuits on alleged illegal dispatch, representing automobile companies in and outside Korea, an auto parts manufacturer, a tire manufacturer, an advanced machinery company, other manufacturers, a Korean steelmaking company, a cable broadcasting company, a public organization and a public corporation.
• Assisted with risk management consulting on illegal dispatch for a Korean automobile company, tire manufacturer, auto parts manufacturer, public organization and public corporation.
• Represented an insurance planner of an overseas insurance company, an officer of a Korean credit card company, a debt collector of a debt collection company and an instructor of a private teaching institute in civil/criminal disputes regarding employee status.
• Advised on lawsuits on stock options against a Korean defense company, game publisher and bitcoin company.
• Advised on disputes over unfair labor practices and duties of fair representation of an overseas tobacco company, auto parts manufacturer, tire manufacturer and Korean general hospital.
• Represented a domestic defense company and a public procurement company in lawsuits and advised on disputes with public institutions and public corporations (e.g., liquidated damages for delay, return of R&D expenses, restriction on bid participation qualification, cancellation of bid, violation of direct production obligation) under the Act on Contracts to which the State is a Party.
