Won Kyu (John) Choi is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate and governmental investigations, dispute resolution and crisis management.
He advises multinational corporations, financial institutions and financial sponsors in various transactions, investigations and disputes.
Before joining Kim & Chang, he practiced law as a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York.
He is a graduate of The University of Chicago (B.A., 1990) and University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School (J.D., 1997).
