Seung-Chan Eom is an attorney at Kim & Chang whose main practice areas include intellectual property, trade secrets, TMT (technology, media & telecommunications), compliance and corporate investigations.

He has represented clients in various civil, criminal and administrative litigations concerning patents and trade secrets. He has also advised on licensing matters and assisted global companies in the IT industry.
