During his tenure as a judge, he accumulated extensive experience in a wide range of civil, criminal, administrative, and tax litigation.

Mr. Kim received an LL.B. from the Seoul National University College of Law in 1986. He attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 1988. He is admitted to the Korea bar.
