• Advised one of the first Korean pharmaceutical companies to acquire shares in one of the biggest retail pharmacy companies in Southern Vietnam.
• Advised a Korean securities company on subscribing shares in a Vietnamese securities company.
• Advised a Korean investment management company on making investments in a Vietnamese education company involving a wide range of education levels (i.e., language school, kindergarten, primary to high school).
• Advised international corporations on acquiring shares and capital contribution in renewable energy project companies.

• Advised a major Korean industrial biotechnology company in establishment of a joint venture with a Vietnamese company engaging in the production of collagen.
• Advised a well-known Korean corporation in corporate compliance in relation to its subsidiary in Vietnam (mainly regarding supermarket activities).
• Advised clients in implementation of legal due diligence on business partners, subsidiaries and target companies in a number of M&A transactions.

• Advised on a VND 400 billion syndicated loan with Taiwanese banks for a high-tech engineering plant in the Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
• Advised on a VND 500 billion syndicated loan with Korean banks for a farming project in the Nghe An province.
