  •   Advised a consumer product manufacturer in connection with investigations by multiple government agencies and subsequent litigation regarding product safety claims.
  •   Advised a global manufacturer in connection with multifaceted government outreach to facilitate capital investment into and restructuring of its operations in Korea and defense throughout subsequent government investigations, National Assembly enquiries and litigation.
  •   Advised various multinational companies in connection with annual audits, special investigations and lawmaking processes involving the National Assembly of Korea.
  •   Advised a number of multinational companies operating in Korea to conduct internal investigations as part of, or independent from, government enquiries with a focus on harassment in the workplace.
  •   Advised a global telecommunications company in connection with the Korea Fair Trade Commission’s investigation into alleged violation of competition laws and subsequent litigation.
  •   Advised online platform operators in connection with investigations conducted by the Personal Information Protection Commission regarding data security and user rights.
