Do Young Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang who specializes in international arbitration and cross-border litigation, international transactions and compliance and corporate investigation.
Ms. Kim has represented and advised Korean and foreign clients in various international arbitration matters under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”), the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), the Singapore International Arbitration Center (“SIAC”), and the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”).
Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Kim worked at LG Electronics, Inc. HQ Legal Team, where she focused on contract drafting, negotiation and dispute settlement for cross-border projects and transactions as well as reinforcing corporate regulations and managing overseas subsidiaries. Based on her experience as a corporate counsel, she has advised numerous domestic and global companies on a wide range of contractual issues and related dispute settlements and assisted companies in compliance projects and investigations.
