  •   Advised a Korean battery manufacturer in connection with its US$2 billion green loan ECA financing involving Korean and European ECAs for the US$3 billion EV battery manufacturing plant in Eastern Europe.
  •   Advised a Japanese export credit agency on the financing of US$927 million for the development of the first waste-to-energy project in Dubai.
  •   Advised Japanese export credit agencies and international lenders on the financing of a coalfired power plant project in Vietnam.
  •   Advised a consortium of lenders led by a global development institution on the US$653 million financing of 13 solar power projects in Egypt.
  •   Advised the sponsor group in respect of its ongoing aspects of a 2000MW combined cycle gas fired power plant in Oman.
  •   Advised an ECA in connection with its overseas equity investment in its Hydroelectric Power project in Asia.
  •   Advised the project company (with international sponsors), in respect of its 2600MW and 55MIGD power and desalination project in Qatar.
  •   Advised the project company (with international sponsors) in respect of its 2000MW gas-fired power generation facility.
  •   Advised an investment consortium co-led by private equity firms in connection with their US$250 million investment in utility-scale solar power plants across Japan.

  •   Advised the lender group (constituting development institutions, export credit agencies, and commercial lenders) in respect of its ongoing aspects of the US$4 billion project financing of a petrochemical project in Uzbekistan.
  •   Advised a commercial lender in connection with its financing of a naval and jet fuel storage facility in Oman.
  •   Advised a state-owned company in the Middle East on the US$741 million financing of an LNG import terminal in Bahrain.
