Mr. O-Gon Kwon of Kim & Chang presented  a special lecture on recent trends of international criminal law. 

In the lecture, hosted by Chonnam National University Law School on November 16th, Mr. Kwon gave a talk on his experiences as Presiding Judge and one of the permanent judges of the UN’s International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
