Korean Air’s acquisition of Asiana Airlines won the “Merger Control Matter of the Year for the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa” at this year’s GCR Awards. Kim & Chang successfully advised Korean Air as global counsel for merger reviews in various jurisdictions as well as in Korea.

The Global Competition Review (“GCR”), a leading antitrust and competition law journal and news service, recognizes outstanding firms, government agencies and individuals for their work in the competition law arena.
