Lian Shu Huang is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. Ms. Huang advises her clients on M&A transactions, litigation and disputes, and matters related to trade secret, finance and HR, among others. Her major clients include Chinese companies, Korean companies and other global conglomerates and financial institutions, and she possesses a wide range of experience in providing advice related to various industries including banking, TMT, semiconductor, real estate, cosmetics, energy, aviation and shipbuilding. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Huang worked at the Beijing Office of Zhong Lun Law Firm, a major Chinese law firm, where she advised Korean companies in the Chinese market on various Chinese laws and in diverse practice areas (M&A, FDI, HR, litigation and disputes). Since joining Kim & Chang in 2015, Ms. Huang has built up extensive experience in consulting Korean companies’ investments in China, Chinese companies’ investments in Korea and transactions between Chinses and Korean companies, and successfully resolved disputes in China and Korea on behalf of Chinese and Korean companies. 

Recognized for her global perspective and local experience, Ms. Huang provides creative and efficient solutions to various transactions, disputes and regulatory developments related to Korean and Chinese companies occurring in Korea and China.
