Bio

Geary Choe is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the firm's Antitrust & Competition and Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practice. Geary also has experience advising the firm's clients in the game, resort & entertainment, technology, media & telecommunications, and life sciences and healthcare industries.

Before joining the firm, Geary was a litigation associate at an international law firm in Tokyo, where he focused on antitrust, internal investigations, and commercial litigation. Previously, he also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anne M. Patterson of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and worked as an associate attorney at one of the largest law firms in Korea.

Geary received a joint J.D. & LL.M. in International & Comparative Law and a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University. He also holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies (field of study: Sustainability) from Harvard University and a Master of International Studies from Seoul National University.
