Bio

Yehyung Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang. Since joining the firm in 2013, Ms. Kim has accumulated experience and expertise in antitrust and fair trade law, corporate investigations and white-collar crimes. In terms of industry expertise, she has provided legal advice to various multinational companies in the healthcare and defense industries.

More recently, she has been focusing on antitrust and fair trade law cases, representing clients from various industries, including healthcare, aviation, ICT, and energy. She frequently deals with investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (the “KFTC”) on cartel, abuse of market dominance, unfair trade practice and false advertising cases. She also has a wide breadth of experience in global and Korean merger filings.

She has successfully handled some of the firm’s most complex cases, which involved various stakeholders and legal/public relations issues. Ms. Kim helps her clients navigate their way through crises and manage business risks to achieve the best outcome possible.
