Bio

Yong Jae Jung is an attorney at Kim & Chang and practices primarily in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. 

Mr. Jung has advised clients on various labor and employment issues such as major wage cases, worker dispatch and outsourcing disputes, labor and employment law aspects of corporate and M&A transactions, compliance audits in labor and employment sectors, termination and disciplinary action cases, restructuring cases, and labor union disputes including collective bargaining and industrial actions.

Mr. Jung received his LL.B. from Korea University’s College of Law and his LL.M. from the New York University School of Law. He also graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He is admitted to the Korean bar.
