Doo Bong Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang, whose practice covers financial disputes, capital markets, disclosures, sustainability, and white collar criminal defense.

Mr. Kim joined the firm in 2004, and his practice focuses on advising financial institutions and listed companies regarding securities-related regulations, disclosures, accounting supervision, listing, delisting and sustainability. He is currently serving as a senior member of the Accounting Supervision & Investigation Practice and the Sustainability Disclosure Center at Kim & Chang.

Mr. Kim graduated from the College of Business Administration at Seoul National University in 1992. Mr. Kim joined the firm after three years of service at the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Korea, where he served as the Deputy Director, and a two-year career as a Certified Public Accountant at an accounting firm.
