Byung-hoon Ham is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense litigation, corporate investigations & white collar defense, environment, occupational safety and health, construction & engineering disputes, and family, trusts & estates litigation.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Ham served in the judiciary as a judge at the Seoul Southern District Court, Seoul Central District Court, Daegu Family Court, Western Branch of Daegu District Court, Daegu High Court and Geochang Branch of Changwon District Court. During his tenure as a judge, Mr. Ham gained extensive experience in a wide range of case involving corporate Investigations, criminal cases against CEOs, election criminal cases, environment disputes, occupational safety & health issues, construction & engineering disputes, and family, trusts & estates disputes.

On the basis of expertise from past experience, Mr. Ham is charge of corporate cases at Kim & Chang. In addition, Mr. Ham consults on any legal matters that may arise during a corporate operation.
