Sun kyun Jung is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the areas of corporate investigations & white collar defense, capital markets, antitrust & competition litigation, administrative & public law litigation, construction & engineering disputes.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Jung served in the judiciary for 14 years as a judge and presiding judge at numerous district courts, including Seoul Central District Court, Suwon District Court, Gangneung Branch of Chuncheon District Court, and the Supreme Court of Korea. While serving as a judge, he has conducted trial work in various fields, including civil, criminal, family affairs, rehabilitation and bankruptcy. Especially when he was working as a research judge at the Supreme Court of Korea, Mr. Jung conducted in-depth legal reviews on various criminal cases and jurisprudence research for the formation of criminal precedents.
