Mr. Choi’s practice primarily focuses on structured finance, project finance, commercial real estate, and insolvency & restructuring procedures. Mr. Choi is recognized as one of the top experts in Korea regarding structured finance, project finance, and insolvency & restructuring procedures. 

Mr. Choi has extensive experience in asset-backed transactions and issuance of covered bonds. He has advised a number of domestic and foreign financial institutions and construction enterprises regarding real estate project financing. He has also counseled construction companies and creditors regarding insolvency & restructuring procedures.
