정보 서비스 기업 월터스 클루어(Wolters Kluwer)에서 출판한 “Balancing the Protection of Foreign Investors and States Responses in the Post-Pandemic World”는 포스트 팬데믹 시대에 새롭게 대두된 국제 투자 협정 체제 개혁에 대한 논의를 다루고 있습니다. 임 변호사는 Twenty Essex의 신희택 교수와 함께 “Balancing the Protection of Foreign Investors and States’ Responses in the Post-Pandemic World: Perspectives from Korea” 장(Chapter) 기고에 참여하여 한국의 관점에서 코로나19가 국가과 투자자에게 미치는 영향에 대하여 정리하였습니다.
