Ms. Hong assists clients in finding solutions under crisis management situations involving product recalls and government investigations, planning and implementing acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring in Korea, and establishing and operating a robust internal compliance system. Ms. Hong has also successfully represented multinational clients in proceedings before key regulatory authorities, including the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) and the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC).
