Hemi Lee is a senior attorney in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition and Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practices.
Since 2008, Ms. Lee has been counseling a broad range of international and domestic corporate clients in highly sensitive internal and high profile government investigations relating to antitrust and anti-bribery issues. Seasoned in a diverse array of antitrust and competition law issues, she is particularly known for her expertise and experience with abuse of market dominance, cartels, unfair trade practices and merger controls.
While Ms. Lee has advised clients in a diverse array of industries, she has extensive experience in helping multinational and domestic clients in the healthcare and IT industries.
In addition to her experience in Korea, Ms. Lee was a visiting attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in 2014, and a research fellow at the American Antitrust Institute in 2014 and in 2015.
Ms. Lee received her law degree from Seoul National University's College of Law in 2006 and graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2008.
