Guanjung Sung is an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Constitutional Litigation Practice. She represents and advises clients on various constitutional issues involving the infringement of fundamental rights and the powers of state institutions. Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Sung gained experience handling a wide range of constitutional and administrative litigation matters.

Ms. Sung received her Ph.D. in Constitutional Law from Seoul National University School of Law in 2022, her J.D. from Korea University School of Law in 2015, and her B.A. in Russian Language and Literature from Seoul National University in 2010. She passed the Korean Bar Examination in 2016.

Guanjung Sung is an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Constitutional Litigation Practice.
