紹介

Chang Yong Moon is a senior adviser at Kim & Chang’s Tax Practice. He primarily advises various tax-related matters including income tax, corporate tax, value-added tax, inheritance and gift tax, international tax.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Moon worked in the Ministry of Strategy and Finance for more than 30 years, where he engaged in various tax policy tasks. He played a pivotal role as the head of the Tax and Customs Office in the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, overseeing overall responsibilities.

Mr. Moon received his Ph.D. in taxation from the Gachon University in 2012, a Master's degree in economics from University of Illinois in 2002, and a Bachelor's degree in public policy and management from Yonsei University in 1985.

He is a certified tax accountant of Korea.
