Han Sup Song is an attorney at Kim & Chang who specializes in Life Sciences and Healthcare, Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense, Criminal Defense Litigation, Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance, and Environment Practices.

Throughout his previous career as a prosecutor, Mr. Song has utilized his medical experience to investigate various food and drug cases such as pharmaceutical companies’ medical rebates, unapproved clinical trials, health insurance fraud, manufacturing of counterfeit Viagra, and manufacturing of radioactive radon-emitting mattresses.

Mr. Song has written a thesis on humidifier disinfectant regulations in South Korea while at Harvard Law School, and he was appointed as an officially certified expert in health and drug criminal cases by the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office. He also won a Commendation from the Minister of Health and Welfare in recognition of his contribution to making medicine and medical supplies distribution transparent.

Mr. Song graduated from Seoul National University School of Medicine and obtained his license to practice medicine in 2004. Following his internship and service as a military doctor, he acquired his license to practice law in 2010. Mr. Song received his LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2017, and attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2010. He is admitted to the New York bar and the Korean bar.
