Han Il Lee is an attorney at Kim & Chang who specializes in antitrust & competition and administrative & public law litigation.

Throughout his career in public service, Mr. Lee has honed his expertise in general litigation as well as administrative & public law litigation.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee served as a judge for 18 years. In particular, he was a Research Judge (a member of the Constitution and Administrative & Public Law Group) of the Supreme Court of Korea. He also served as the Director General of Planning at the National Court Administration, supervising in all administrative fields.

Based on his extensive experience, Mr. Lee wrote several articles related to administrative and public law, including commentaries on Supreme Court decisions.

Mr. Lee received his LL.B. in 1995 from Yonsei University. He graduated the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 1999. He is admitted to the Korean bar.
