He has extensive experience in advising foreign companies on a wide range of corporate and business tax issues including corporate tax planning, tax exemption for foreign investment and transaction taxes on M&A.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Samil PwC and Lee & Ko as a tax specialist and has worked with major multinational companies in the areas of tax consulting & tax planning, foreign Investment, tax disputes, advance ruling and financial service tax.
