Jae Hun Suh is a certified public accountant at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in domestic tax service, general tax consulting and tax appeal.
With over ten years of practice in international and domestic tax matters, Mr. Suh has developed practical knowledge and expertise in a variety of tax issues and practices, including mergers and acquisitions and other transactions, tax treaty issues, tax audit assistance, resolution of tax controversies, tax rulings, and legislative advisory. He advises his clients on tax incentives, indirect taxes, real estate taxation, and tax-related issues on setting up and restructuring Korean operations of multinational companies.
Mr. Suh is also experienced in providing tax consulting services for outbound investment and outbound structuring.
Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Suh worked in finance tax group at Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corporation from 2006 to 2010.
