Seong Ha Park is an attorney in Kim & Chang’s Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense, Securities, Litigation, and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices.
Mr. Park has a wide experience in dispute and litigation related to finance and securities, and white collar criminal defense.
In his practice, Mr. Park has specialized in securities-related dispute or crime, such as stock manipulation and insider trading. He regularly represents companies or related individuals before the related committee or court.
Mr. Park received his LL.B. from the College of Law of Seoul National University in 1987, and graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 1990. Before joining Kim & Chang in 1998, Mr. Park served in the judiciary for five and a half years, as a judge in district court. He also researched the comparative law as a visiting scholar at University of Washington, Law School, Asian Law Center from 2002 to 2004 before returning to Kim & Chang.
