During his tenure as a judge, Mr. Kim gained extensive experiences in a variety of litigations involving intellectual property related issues. 

He received his LL.B. from Yonsei University and attended Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He is admitted to the Korean bar.
