Broadcom’s consent decree with the Korea Fair Trade Commission (“KFTC”) won the “Behavioural Matter of the Year for the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa” at this year’s GCR Awards. Kim & Chang successfully advised Broadcom on the KFTC’s entire consent decree procedure in a case concerning alleged abuse of a dominant market position in the semiconductor industry.
