Seoung-Soo Lee is an attorney with the Intellectual Property (“IP”) Practice Group at Kim & Chang. Mr. Lee is experienced in the practice of IP law and international transactions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has been involved in numerous IP-related disputes in Korea and issues relating to Korean businesses including patents, trademarks and copyrights. Mr. Lee has represented top-tier multinational clients as well as Korean companies on various licensing transactions and mergers and acquisitions in addition to various IP disputes.

Mr. Lee also has extensive experience advising clients on issues relating to trade secrets, unfair competition activity, and the intersection of IP law and fair trade law.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee worked for a systems integration company, LG-EDS Systems (currently, LG CNS), in the consulting department in the areas of IT strategic planning, business process reengineering, and IT business solutions.
