Ngoc Tuan Le is a Vietnamese attorney at Kim & Chang. He specializes in advising on various corporate and finance transactions such as acquisitions and joint ventures, and has extensive experience in numerous real estate development projects. 

Notably, Mr. Le was primarily responsible for the acquisition of a large shopping mall in Hanoi, the acquisition of a Vietnamese securities company by a Korean securities company, and a joint venture of racetrack business between a Korean company and a Vietnamese state-owned company. 

Mr. Le also advised a number of major Korean construction companies on real estate development projects based in Hanoi, and on project financing of a large complex project in Hanoi. 

In addition, Mr. Le consulted Korean investors on their investment and development projects in association with their joint ventures with local companies in Vietnam, and successfully aided joint investments by actively proposing, coordinating and implementing solutions in cases of disputes. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Le spent eight years in a Korea-based law firm in Vietnam and three years in a Vietnamese investment company. 

Mr. Le is bilingual in Vietnamese and Korean. During his eight years of residence in Korea, he received his LL.M. from Seoul National University Graduate School of Law. 

Mr. Le is admitted to the Hanoi bar.
