Chang Hyeon Ko is a Kim & Chang attorney whose practice focuses on M&A, corporate governance (including restructuring), capital markets and private equity transactions. Mr. Ko has provided corporate governance and financing counseling to numerous public companies. He also advises global financial institutions and private equity funds in financial and strategic investments.

Mr. Ko served on various committees of the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Strategy and Finance, Financial Supervisory Service, Korea Exchange and National Pension Service. He also served as an adjunct lecturer of Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea and Korea Securities Dealers’ Association. He currently serves as a counselor of Korea Listed Companies Association.

Chang Hyeon Ko is a Kim & Chang attorney whose practice focuses on M&A, corporate governance (including restructuring), capital markets and private equity transactions.
