Jai Hyuk Choi is an attorney in Kim & Chang’s Litigation Practice, Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice and Labor & Employment Practice. 

Mr. Choi practices civil, administrative and criminal litigation at the firm. He specializes in white collar criminal defense, intellectual property, tax, employment and labor. He also does work in family law and administrative litigation.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Choi served in the Korean judiciary for 18 years. From 1995 to 2003, he served as a judge in district courts. From 2003 to 2005, he was a director of the Court Automation Bureau at the Ministry of Court Administration of the Supreme Court of Korea. Afterwards, until 2012, he was a presiding judge in district courts and the Seoul Family Court.
