Mr. Jai-Hyuk Choi was appointed as an attorney member of the fifth Sentencing Commission of the Supreme Court of Korea. 

From May 1, 2015, members of the Sentencing Commission will discuss the sentencing guidelines for all types of crime.

The Sentencing Commission was established for the purpose of reducing differences in sentencing.  The Commission has developed sentencing guidelines for 86% of all crimes, from its 1st-4th term.
