On June 30, 2026, the Korea Energy Agency’s New and Renewable Energy Center (the “KEA”) finalized the results of the competitive bidding for the first half of 2026 fixed-price wind power contract and notified the bidders individually. On the same day, the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment (the “MCEE”) unveiled the “Roadmap for Mid- to Long-Term Offshore Wind Power Tenders” (the “Roadmap”), which sets forth the ten-year bid volume from 2026 to 2035 and the direction of the system’s operation.
