On November 27, 2025, the administration announced the AI Regulatory Rationalization Roadmap (the “AI Roadmap”). Developed in collaboration with industry associations, research institutes, experts, and 25 government ministries and agencies, the AI Roadmap identifies 67 initiatives across four key segments of the AI industry value chain: (i) technology development, (ii) service utilization, (iii) infrastructure, and (iv) reliability and security.
