On September 6, 2018, Jong Nam Oh, Kim & Chang senior advisor, and Eun Min Kwon, Kim & Chang attorney specializing in North Korean legal issues, participated in a forum focused on diagnosing, developing, and improving cooperation to advance the healthcare system in North Korea.

Dr. Oh, who is also the Community Service Center Director for Kim & Chang Committee for Social Contribution, delivered the forum’s opening speech, and Mr. Kwon, who also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Unification and North Korean Law Studies, participated as a panelist. 

The forum was hosted by Rep. Hye-sook Jeon and Rep. Chun-sook Jeong, and was organized by the Campaign Office for Healthy Society and Kim & Chang Committee for Social Contribution.  The forum was designed to examine North Korea’s healthcare system and explore ways to cooperate to invest and develop the North Korean health sector.
