Eun Min Kwon is an attorney at Kim & Chang's International Trade & Customs, Litigation, and Tax Audits & Tax Dispute Resolution Practices. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kwon served in the judiciary for nine years, first as a judge in a district court and later as a judge at the Seoul Administrative Court. During his tenure as a judge, he gained extensive experience in a wide range of matters in administrative, tax and civil litigation. 

Reflecting on his varied experience as a judge, Mr. Kwon has a broad practice in administrative, civil and tax litigation at the firm. In the area of litigation practice, Mr. Kwon specializes in administrative litigation, tax and customs disputes, professional liability and North Korean Law issues. He regularly represents companies before the courts and the National Tax Tribunal.
