Kim & Chang is committed to cultivating and promoting diversity and inclusion not only within the firm but also in the larger legal community. Our effort in this area extends to our pro bono work and our support for various organizations and programs in the community. We partner with organizations, such as Korea Women’s Hot Line, Gong Gam (Human Rights Law Foundations) and local multicultural family support centers, to help create a more inclusive environment through increased accessibility to legal service and education.
