Jaehee Lauren Choi is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. She practices primarily in the areas of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and acquisition finance, as well as real estate transactions. Since joining Kim & Chang, she has advised foreign private equity funds investors on some of the most meaningful cross-border investments and real estate deals in Korea. She is a core member of the firm’s Finance and Real Estate Practice.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Choi was a foreign legal consultant at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in Seoul, Korea. In 2008, she was with Paul Hasting Janofsky & Walker LLP in Tokyo, Japan. She is a graduate of Boston College Law School (J.D., class of 2005), where she was an editor for the Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.) Reporter Digest, and Korea University (LL.B. with highest honors, class of 2000).

Ms. Choi is fluent in English, French and Korean.
