- Acted for a Korean contractor in an ICC arbitration on a dispute involving construction of a large natural gas pipeline in Qatar. This was one of the largest arbitrations in Korean history with claims in excess of USD 8 billion. The case concluded on a satisfactory settlement for the client.
- Represented a joint venture of Korean construction companies in a high-profile LCIA arbitration, regarding disputes arising out of a nuclear power plant construction project in the United Arab Emirates. The claims were in excess of USD 600 million.
- Acted for a Korean contractor in a KCAB arbitration against a Swiss equipment provider relating to a dispute arising out of an oil refinery project in Iran.
