Mr. Joo Ho Lee is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang who specializes in advising on mergers and acquisitions as well as finance matters. He has worked primarily in Hong Kong, Korea and Vietnam.

Mr. Lee has advised a large number of Korean and multinational clients, including financial institutions and corporations.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee worked in the Hong Kong and London offices of Allen & Overy for four years, where he was part of the finance group. Mr. Lee also previously worked at Loeb & Loeb’s Hong Kong office, the Hong Kong office of Walkers, a leading offshore firm, and the Seoul and Vietnam offices of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Most recently, Mr. Lee was part of the Global M&A Legal Team at SK Ecoplant Co., Ltd., focusing on the company’s investments in foreign companies.

Mr. Lee received a B.A. from Cambridge University and is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong.
