Pil-Jong Park is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He specializes in tax litigation, tax audit & tax dispute resolutions, administrative litigation, and corporate investigations & white collar defense based on the knowledge and trial expertise acquired from his extensive experience in Korean courts. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Park worked at an accounting firm as an accounting audit specialist for two years. Mr. Park served as a judge at Seoul Administrative Court, Seoul Northern District Court, Seoul Central District Court, and the Supreme Court for 16 years and holds qualification as a certified public accountant. He joined Kim & Chang in March 2022 after working as a research judge at the Supreme Court of Korea, during which he was in charge of tax-related affairs.
