- Defended the PEF executives in a criminal case derived from the put option dispute.
- Represented the Preliminary Injunction for Prohibition of Issuance of New Shares in the Airline Merger Dispute.
- Advised on shareholders’ management disputes (Preliminary injunction in relation to the issuance of new shares, presentation of agenda, claim for access to books of account, etc., applications in relation to General Shareholder’s Meeting, etc.).
- Represented private funds and securities companies on civil cases.
- Defended a financial institution and its officers on a criminal case of violation of FSCMA.
- Advised on responding to sanctions procedures of the FSS, the SFC and the FSC.
