Hyun-Bok Lee is an attorney in Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation and Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practices.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has acted for a broad range of industries in both the private and public sectors, such as the construction, heavy industry, machinery, oil refining, and power generation industries, participating in dozens of substantial international arbitration cases under the rules of major arbitral institutions.

In addition to his work as an arbitration counsel for contractors, Mr. Lee has been engaged in arbitration and litigation for Owner/Employer and Insurance/Reinsurance companies.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee worked at Samsung C&T, where he dealt with disputes regarding overseas construction sites. Mr. Lee has also worked in a number of prosecution investigations and on-site investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
